Former West Palm Beach Mayor Lois Frankel and Fmr. FL House Majority Leader Adam Hasner traded sharp barbs in their first debate this Tuesday.
The closely watched race for the District now occupied by Rep. Allen West was blue-washed in redistricting, with a Democrat voter registration advantage of some 9 points. But if any man is right for the job to keep the seat in GOP hands, that man is Adam Hasner. He proved his mettle during the debate with Frankel.
During her tenure as West Palm Beach mayor, Frankel was known for her divisive style and far left policies. She is a street fighter of the left and far out of touch of her District, even with the 9 point Dem advantage. Proving the point, her hometown paper urged Democrats to vote for her opponent in the primary.
Adam Hasner is strong in polls, which have him hot on Frankel’s heels. He is also racking up the bipartisan endorsements. Don’t miss the Democrats for Adam Hasner group, Police Benevolent Association endorsement and voter coalition endorsement on his homepage AdamHasner.com
Mr. Hasner showed debate spectators that he has a positive, pro growth approach to legislating. In both style and substance, he is clearly the choice to send to Washington.
